It's time for another My Little Pony review and today we are taking a look at the Friendship is Magic Twinkling Balloon (2013 version) which is currently an exclusive at Kohl's department stores in the United States. The retail price is $49.99, but can often be found on-sale for much less. The balloon itself is a reissue of an earlier Friendship is Magic toy, the Twilight Sparkle Balloon. This new Kohl's version is a different color and includes many fun picnic accessories, along with Rarity, Spike the Dragon and Daisy Dreams! The balloon plays some soothing MLP music and lights up, it can also be used in "Play Mode" or "Night Light Mode" (with an auto shut-off).
