🇷🇴 Romanian Coffee Recipe (Testing my mother's recipe) | Cafea la Ibric

Описание: In this video, I’m making a traditional Romanian Coffee, known as "Cafea la Ibric". The original recipe is simple and takes after the Turkish coffee style: 1 cup water and 1 tsp coffee powder.

But it’s also easy to get wrong:
Grind too coarse → no caimac (foam)
Let it over-boil → bitterness (can be fixed by adding sugar)
Burn the coffee → acidic, harsh taste

After several failed attempts, I finally got it right using my mother’s recipe and tips.
