Posterior Urethral Valve (PUV)

Описание: Posterior Urethral Valve (PUV) is the most common cause of lower urinary tract obstruction in male fetus at the antenatal period. Keyhole sign of urethra, distention of bladder caused by the obstruction and bilateral ureters and pelvicalyceal dilatation can be determined secondary to vesicoureteral reflux.

The most common treatment for posterior urethral valves is a surgical procedure to remove the obstructing valve. This is done through a cystoscope with a camera that is inserted into the urethra. The valve is burned away (ablated).

Posterior Üretral Valf (PUV), antenatal dönemde erkek fetüste alt üriner sistem obstrüksiyonunun en sık nedenidir. Vezikoüreteral reflüye sekonder üretranın anahtar deliği bulgusu, obstrüksiyon ve bilateral üreterlerin neden olduğu mesane distansiyonu ve pelvikalisiyel dilatasyon belirlenebilir.

Posterior üretral valf için en yaygın tedavi, tıkayan valfi çıkarmak için küçük bir cerrahi prosedürdür. Bu, üretraya yerleştirilmiş bir kameralı bir sistoskop aracılığıyla valin yakılması ile yapılır.
