2.Make small balls from the mixture.
3.Heat oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
4.Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, ginger, and onions, and sauté well.
5.Add capsicum, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, and salt.
6. Pour cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Add fried Manchurian balls and mix gently.
8.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
