Evercade and Atari are often talked about together when you consider 5 Atari cartridges are on evercade consoles, they go hand-in-hand. Atari’s own Atari VCS has had some very mixed results when you consider its price and how it is a digital games only console. What if Atari became an Evercade competitor? What if Atari released a cartridge based home console as well as a handheld and directly competed with the evercade VS and Evercade EXP? In this video, I talk about and speculate,what that would look like. Atari has a rich collection of IPs as well as resources to possibly break into this market that Blaze has such a stronghold over with its Evercade, Evercade VS, Evercade EXP and the upcoming Hyper Mega Tech Super Pocket.
