This is a RadonWell® installation in a property that only had 8 inches of clearance in the crawlspace.
The radon level was 15.9 pCi/L and the bids to mitigate were to dig the crawlspace out at a cost up to $20,000 and would take DAYS to complete.
A RadonWell® was proposed and a crawlspace hatch was cut into the floor so that the RadonWell® could be buried in the crawlspace.
The RadonWell® reduced the radon to 0.4 pCi/L at 75% less cost.
Our carpenter created the crawlspace hatch.
It took us less than 3 hours to install the entire mitigation system.
The realtors involved in this transaction were thrilled and amazed at the results.
