Welcome back to Part 2 of my masters degree at Aston University. I created this video to give you an informative perspective of the course content with Term 2. I briefly explain what the modules are, the assessment criteria and the percentage each assessment is worth within the module. This is to give you an idea of what the topics are about and may help you see which ones you would be most interested in. This video is aimed at anyone interested in studying HRM at university or starting a course to gain CIPD accreditation. When I was in the position of applying to Aston, I didn't see much content which goes through each module within a HRM degree so I hope this is a useful addition when researching your interests.
