This video covers three primary differences in Project M from Melee that allow Early Aerials to be more expansive in PM among other things.
1- Air dodge/Specials now usable through IASA
2- More air time in any jump from the physics delay
3- No reduced air time on first frame aerials/specials from lack of Melee's Jump/Gravity Quirk (does not allow the Aerial/Special to induce gravity before frame 2 like Melee did).

-One big thing I forgot to mention is if you're 1 frame away from landing, DJ and AD in Melee will work: where as in PM you will instead land on the ground like the input didn't do anything (because your momentum made you land given AD and DJ don't change anything for the first frame (from the physics delay).

Stuff I didn't mention between some Melee/Brawl differences:
-C-stick triggers dash attack? Run C-stick Up does Dash attack for 1 frame then cancels it into Up-smash (hyphen smashing): making it easier than JC Up-smash (and however slightly different?)
-Perpetual run.

With Neutral-B you can ALSO do it by on the frame you press B be holding slightly the other direction and it'll reverse it. Didn't mean to imply that wasn't still the case, but I didn't know there was this 20 frame window for it as well. Also I called it "B-reverse" when I was referring to B-turnaround.
-Also the difference between Marth's Fair IASA and Ending is 4 frames to be exact, not 3 [The IASA is 30 but that means you can input on 29]
