These elevators served as public parking elevators from the L-P1 floors and they also were the main elevators for the office building. Unfortunately all the upper floors were locked and I knew there was no chance for me getting up to the top since it was a Saturday. I did get to go up past P1 just for the elevator to park, and that was all.
