This gentle 12-minute dance sculpt workout is perfect for beginners who want a fun, low-impact way to move their whole body at home. All standing and easy to follow, combining simple dance movements with light dumbbell exercises.
You can do this workout on its own anytime, even if you’re not following a full program. Light dumbbells (1–2.5 lb) are recommended, but you can also move without weights or use household items.
