Many clinicians jump to conclusions with a positive troponin. But remember — MI has a story to tell:
🕒 2–3 hour delay after symptoms
📈 Rise and fall pattern
📉 No EKG changes + no symptoms = likely not MI
⚠️ Don't treat numbers—treat the patient.
