✅Today's recipe is easy prawn stir fry with egg noodles and this is a great way of cleaning up the fringe and the cupboards by using ingredients that you have available at the time (especially when it comes to vegetables).

My easy prawn stir fry with egg noodles would be more than enough for 2 people and if you are planning to use the exact ingredients like me, please find everything below:
14 big prawns/shrimps
a handful of cocktail prawns
1 red pepper
1/2 red onion
1 small carrot
50gr baby spinach
200gr egg noodles

For the sauce and marinade:
1 grated garlic
1 small piece of grated ginger
5tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sweet chilli sauce or you could use honey
1/2tsp fish sauce
a pinch of chili flakes
1/4tsp black pepper

Other vegetables that you could add: spring onion, fresh chilly, baby corn, bamboo shoots, fresh coriander...etc
