Potato Wedges Baking Instructions:
After freezing them, whenever you want to use them
first pre-heat your oven @210°C for 10mins then prepare the masala -
Take little any flavourless oil + chilli powder + little salt + little jeera podwer + pinch of turmeric + kashmiri chilli podwer for color (optional). Mix everything well. Now take out the freezed wedges (No need to thaw them) , if they are stuck to each other gently separate them or tap them on the plate to separate then mix the prepared masala to coat them and place them on a baking tray in a standing position and bake them in the pre-heated oven @210°C for 15 to 20mins
📌 For Rajma patties add some besan and rice flour for binding . I didnt as my kid likes this patti this way
