1.75 Liters Vodka, Spiced Rum or Bourbon
Makes 4 Pint Jars
Let sit at least 6 months. The longer you let it sit the better. 18 months gives it a stonger, richer flavor. Shake every day for the first 2 weeks. Then once week for 3-4 months. Then once a month for the remaining time.
