Meditation is the practice that is adapted to stop incessant activities in our mind and Water is a symbol of infinite flow that moves through blockages and unblocks our inner peace. Meditation and Water is a natural combination. Water has the power of enhancing the impact of Meditation.
So Water Meditation reminds me of true nature. MEDITATION PRACTICE: Water Method
Find a body of water. Anybody of water. If there’s a river, a lake or the ocean nearby, perfect. If not? Find a pond. A stream. A puddle. Or fill up a glass and place it on your desk.
Take a few deep breaths. And then softly focus your gaze on the surface of the water. Hold your gaze there and notice every detail.
The texture of the water; the movement of it, whether you’re witnessing huge waves or the faintest of ripples. Notice. Focus. This is all you need to do.
It will help to build a positive attitude in you and makes you introspect your inner self and keep you fresh and energetic all day.
Water is a cooling, calming element. There is something about it that our minds cannot resist — a realness, a kind of honesty. It has the power to alter our perspective in a matter of moments. Thus, Water Meditation helps to awake people with the highest knowledge and help them to grow spiritually. Practice it daily and see the changes thank you and have a nice day.
