This is my little tutorial on how to adjust the settings on your 3-way adjustable suspension. These basic principles apply to any brand like Fox, King, Dobinsons, Icon, Radflow, or any other brand that uses an adjustment system involving high speed compression, low speed compression, and rebound. Plus, I give a 2 year review of my Dobinsons MRR shocks and how they've performed over thousands of miles on and offroad.
Like stated in the video, I'm not a suspension genius, but these are just some of the tips I learned from my own experience. I hope some of this helps.
