kinda random video for me but i have these 2 instruments right now and hopefully can help someone out. i wouldve really liked to watch this video before spending so much money on an omnichord so i hope i can be helpful if you're thinking about it.

om300 is also an option (used for clint eastwood by damon albarn and has a cool drum fill feature). there's also the om27 which is cheaper and more limited. qchord perhaps could be good or a bunch of other variations. but the om84 and the om108 are perhaps the most popular at the moment. the om84 was used in adventure time by Rebecca sugar!! if you're gonna get the 108 id recommend getting it from the official suzuki website as i ordered it from china for £600 and had to pay an unexpected £130 fee.

also, would recommend just using a tennis racket case instead of a more expensive omnichord case. and rechargeable batteries are useful but id suggest making a donation of about £10-£20 if you buy those to compensate as there are questionable ethics with rechargeable batteries and the potential child labour involved (although they are better for the environment than alkaline batteries). the cheapest thing would be to use a power cable but taking it outside with me is a big thing so rechargeable batteries + donation is okay.
