System of Engagement – How to Build an Online Youth Community

Описание: Since 2020, Next Gen Men has been stewarding an online community for boys in middle school and high school on a platform called Discord—and we've learned firsthand that engaging youth online is a critical next step for organizations committed to the promotion of well-being and the prevention of violence. This video focuses on the System of Engagement: how we use Discord bots, interest-based channels, and virtual and in-person events to give boys clear and inviting ways to participate in community.
