In this video, I explore a unique sound design setup featuring the Orbita MIDI controller by Playtronica – a playful interface that uses spinning, color-coded magnets to create rhythm and melody. I connected it to Logic Pro, triggering the classic DX7 bell sound from the Arturia V Collection.
From there, the signal traveled through the Zoom MS-70CDR+ with shimmer reverb and sparkling delay, and finally into the lush ambient textures of the Strymon Cloudburst.
The result: A dreamy, swirling soundscape full of warmth, tone, and movement.
