Forget Destiny 2, the original Destiny may finally be coming to the PC on Steam.

Nearly three years after releasing on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360, the original Destiny is finally on Steam... sort of.

The original Destiny has been discovered in the Steam database, complete with Silver in-game currency packs.

While the Destiny database listing is labelled as 'Unknown App 347300', the Silver packs bear the official Destiny title and logo.

Even more bizarre is that fans can actually purchase the Silver packs for real money.

While it's possible Destiny could still make an appearance on Steam, it's more likely that the game was simply under consideration.

There's also the small matter of Destiny 2's September release date, and the fact that the PC version of Bungie's sequel will bypass Steam in favour of Blizzard's own service.
