FOD Bear Trap for the first time and it was a complete slop fest 🤙🏼

Описание: This is my 1st time on the Red Trail Bear Trap at the Forest of Dean, which was a complete slop fest. 😊 This is a trail that may be short, yet it's an addictive trail with beautiful surroundings and loved by so many people, and we loved it on my first-ever group ride. 😊

After you have completed Tight and Twisty, just before you reach the final section of the Verderers trail where you can start the Red Trail Bear Trap. When finished, you can then follow the Blue Verderers Trail final section. After this, the trail finishes and hits the fire road.

Although this is a short trail, it is such a calming and enjoyable trail, whether on your own or with some new-found friends you only just met. 🤩

After my recent and brilliant 1:1 coaching lesson, sessioning, and joining group rides with other MTB riders, I am still learning how to ride and practising the basics. I cannot tell you how much of a difference this has made in my confidence and competence on the bike. 🤩

Along with learning the basics of MTB, I am learning how to edit and create videos for anyone with a similar interest in this wonderful and uplifting hobby that helps me clear my mind and recharge my soul. 🤍

If you are like me and you are new to MTB, I cannot recommend enough learning from coaching, group rides, and sessioning, AKA practising. This is especially true if you start a little later in life, as we don’t bounce anymore; we tend to snap, crackle, and pop. 😉 Also, if you have ever experienced a crash ❤️‍🩹 and were a little nervous about getting back on the bike, please let me know your experience in the comments, and I would love to respond.
