Match Summary This match features a high-power Wild showdown between Quest Shaman (Renathal build) and Questline Mage. The Mage aggressively completes their quest to unlock Arcanist Dawngrasp, gaining massive spell damage to burn me down. However, the Shaman strategy revolves around stalling until Aviana, Elune's Chosen triggers the "Lunar Cycle." Once the full moon rises, every card costs (1), allowing for a miraculous turn involving Alexstrasza healing, Brilliant Macaw, and a Zephrys the Great finisher.

Deck Strategy: Aviana Quest Shaman

Archetype: High-lander / Renathal Quest Shaman.

The Goal: Complete the Corrupt the Waters quest to double all Battlecries.

Win Condition: Survive the early game with Renathal's extra health. Use Aviana, Elune's Chosen to reduce all cards to (1) mana. Combine the cost reduction with the Hero Power (double battlecries) to chain massive heals (Alexstrasza) or damage (Zephrys/Pyroblast).

Game Strategy: Key Moments

Survival: The Mage played Arcanist Dawngrasp early, gaining +3 Spell Damage. Surviving their burst damage was the main priority.

The Lunar Cycle: Playing Aviana on Turn 9 set up the win condition.

The Turnaround (Turn 11): With 11 HP remaining, the Lunar Cycle activated. I utilized the (1) mana cost reduction to play Alexstraza (healing back to full health) and copied it with Brilliant Macaw.

The Finisher: Using Zephrys the Great with the Double Battlecry hero power allowed me to discover two Pyroblasts to bypass the Mage's defenses.
