Описание: In this video, I show you traditional Khiva dishes that most people who visit Khiva miss out on. These dishes include Tukhum Barak, Khiva Hamburger with meat sauce, Khiva Ijjon, and a special type of green lagman. These are foods you can find both inside and outside the ancient walls of Ichan Qala, and some of the best foods in all of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan (Oʻzbekiston) is a lovely ex-USSR country located in Central Asia. Its official language is Uzbek (although the majority of the population also speaks Russian).

Neighboring states: in the east - Kyrgyzstan; in the northeast, north and northwest - Kazakhstan; in the southwest and south - Turkmenistan; in the south - Afghanistan; and in the southeast - Tajikistan.
