Dr Duncan McLean (EYPU Project Lead) and Minna Daum (EYPU Project Lead) talk about mentalization-based therapy’s relationship with professionals, social services, parents and children.
Specifically the video focuses on the states of mind of an individual in a situation and the importance of reflecting on it to help them regulate their behaviour. They discuss how it is different from psychoanalysis and the role of curiosity.
