The suspects — Isaac Kofi Oduro Boateng, also known as Kofi Boat, a man identified only as Agony, and a third unnamed accomplice — were arrested on Friday, June thirteenth, in a joint operation by Interpol and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Authorities say a fourth suspect remains on the run.
