Esperanza Spalding, the great bassist/singer and all-around musician and composer performs the beautiful ballad "BUT NOT FOR ME" by George and Ira Gershwin LIVE at The Blue Note Jazz Club in Greenwich Village, NYC on 2.19.25.
Esperanza shows her prodigious improvisational skills by taking this great "Gershwin & Gershwin" tune in many different lyrical directions! Pianist Fred Hersch also takes it "quite out there" in the middle!
