Описание: EGG WHITE PROTEIN POWDER LOAF, Low Carb and Keto-friendly

Hello, everyone! This bread recipe is light, pliable, and less fragile than your typical low carb / keto-friendly loaf. It makes use of Egg White Protein Powder which plays an integral part to this amazing texture. This loaf is gluten-free so it definitely is on the lighter side!
You will need three eggs for this recipe to make a small loaf but feel free to double the recipe if you’d want a bigger loaf.

I can say that Egg White Protein Powder in general when it comes to baked goods, helps so much in strengthening the structure of the bread or cake. I can imagine incorporating it in cloud bread, Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, Sponge Cakes, Fluffy Japanese Souffle Pancakes, or anything that requires whipped egg whites. This ingredient secures that structure. However, do keep in mind that it will add a certain pliability to it.
