Universal Multi Station Tool Grinding Machine for low cycle times
Station 1 is optimized for flute and OD grinding.
Station 2 is optimized for point grinding.
Both stations operate simultaneously followed by an ultra fast workpiece changing cycle:
(all simultaneously)
finished workpiece is removed
new blank is provided
partly finished workpiece moves from station 1 to station 2 or the other way round depending on programming
