P is for Process: How should the tool process the data, incorporating your unique framework or method for getting a client a result? John stresses that this is the "secret sauce".

O is for Output: What is the desired end result from the tool, and how should it be formatted?

John explains that "AI-powered programs" involve incorporating AI into online courses, coaching, consulting programs, or membership offers. This includes embedding tools, like those created with FormWise, right into platforms such as WordPress or GoHighLevel.

According to John, AI is the next evolution of e-learning. It is an additional tool in the multimedia stack that moves clients from "guessing at what to do to actually getting things done". While courses aren't dead, static experiences will face more headwinds.
