5 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp of foodnatics chili garlic sauce
2 tsp cornstarch slurry (mixture of 3 tbsp of water + 2 tbsp of cornstarch)
spring onion or chili flakes for toppings
