Описание: The Well of the Cross features in the Archaeological Inventory of Kerry but was lost to overgrowth and lack of veneration. I learned about its recent rediscovery by Jim Dempsey of Megalithic Ireland through Amanda Clarke and her wonderful site Holy Wells of Cork and Kerry. The Feast Day is St John's Day, 24th June. Cures are general. Because this Well was only recently cleared of Fuscia and Bramble I would recommend it be visited before, like Sleeping Beauty's Castle, it is enveloped by growth again. 8 August 2021.
