Couscous and Tabbouleh salad are common in south Mediterranean cuisine and feta enriches the taste of the dish and makes it deep.
Couscous Tabbouleh Salad With Feta
Ingredients:
Bunch Of Green Onions
1 medium Crimean Onion
100 grams Parsley
80 grams Iceberg Lettuce
3 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
100 grams Coucous
200 grams Feta
100 Ml. Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Seasoning
Instructions:
Place the minced parsley diced cucumber crimean onion, tomatoes and thinly sliced green onions in a large mixing bowl. Combine with iceberg lettuce. Soak the couscous for about 5 minutes,let it chill. Add cooked couscous to the bowl, followed by the lemon juice, olive oil, feta cheese and a additional sea salt to taste.
