Short on time and/or equipment, and looking for a great upper and lower body workout? Try the 1-10-1 Pyramid on for size! Start with 1 rep, then 2, 3, 4, all the way up to 10, then back down to 1. The entire thing will give you exactly 100 reps.
You can perform this with push ups, squats, or both combined! If you are efficient, the entire thing should take no longer than 10 mins, and before long, it will be much shorter than that. Give it a whirl!
