Our visit to Alpha Gym
Today’s videos are about visiting Alpha gym for an upper/push session targeting the chest, shoulders and triceps. The gym was nice and clean and not too busy at the time we went, which was nice. Open time was 6am, which was great for us because we were up and ready, so we got there just after it opened. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other members were respectful and hard-working, and it had all around just a great vibe. The equipment was varied and good quality and we definitely had a hit of a play on things that had nothing to do with out workout because the machines looked fun and we don’t normally have access to them! For a 10 euro day pass and reasonably priced drinks, we were impressed! Definitely give this gym a go if you’re in the area! Would recommend.
