Описание: From October 2024 – April 2025, members of the Universal Technical Institute (UTI) family of schools, including MIAT College of Technology, NASCAR Technical Institute, Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, and Marine Mechanics Institute, were rebranded as UTI.

Learn what it's like to spend a day as a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) student with Kristen Lassen as she records each portion of her day at the motorcycle technician school.

This Day in the Life video was filmed in 2016. In response to the COVID pandemic, UTI now offers all of its lecture courses through distance learning only. Students attend hands-on lab training on campus in compliance with local and national COVID safety precautions, including mandatory masks.

From doing hands-on work disassembling a Sportster Revolution twin cam engine to enjoying a nice afternoon Harley motorcycle joy ride, Kristen happily takes you through it all.

The curriculum prepared at MMI is geared toward all students interested in joining today's motorcycle workforce. No previous mechanic experience is required. Our students span from having zero prior motorcycle knowledge to those who come from a family of mechanics and are looking to further their abilities.
