Ecstatic Dance was introduced to me via Aubrey Marcus and his personal brand.

Essentially ecstatic dance is easy to do, and the body actually being able to express itself fully.

If you're wondering what is ecstatic dance, it quite literally is the ability to dance whether you're a girl or guy dancing and have your body express itself.

This is a quick video, but by learning to let myself dance again, it is something that is such a powerful tool to relax and allow your consciousness to express itself.
