Entomopathogens are diseases like fungi that attack and often kill insects. To manage pests an understanding of this type of fungi can give managers the upper hand. Recently researchers at Texas A&M University have been looking at fungi that attack the sugarcane aphid a pest of sorghum. In this video we discuss the life cycle of such fungi and the potential they have to help sorghum producers.
