Don't start an airbnb until you've considered some of these things.

I mean you can do what you want, when you want and how you want... I'm just giving my Experience and some of the things you have to deal with here on Zanzibar.

As the government make a huge push for investors and investment, it begs the question are they ready?

And yes I know they need the money to get ready, but out-dated practices, ways of doing things, will be a huge deterrent for the most savvy business persons...

If you like the idea of just spending your days chilling, talking to people from around the globe, living minimally. Then this is for you. If that's not what you want, then perhaps not. There's a lot that goes into running and airbnb and you really need the location, that doesn't hinder your progress.
