Описание: China and Mauritius have celebrated the completion of a smart city, in the Mauritian capital, Port Louis. It's the first phase of the Jin Fei economic trade and cooperation zone. The project, which began construction in 2009, has begun breaking ground for the Eden Cultural and Entertainment Square. The square will feature an International Conference Centre, a performing arts hall and other entertainment facilities. It's expected to be completed in 2018. With a total investment of 1 billion dollars, the Jin Fei economic trade and cooperation zone is also planning to construct a financial business district and industrial port. Both China and Mauritius believe the project will create many development opportunities
