INGREDIENTS -
FOR FRYING THE BABY CORN -
Baby Corn - 200 gms
Refined Flour - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Water - as required
Oil - for deep frying

FOR THE SAUCE -
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green Chili - 1 (chopped)
Onion - 1 (cubed)
Capsicum - 1 small (cubed)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp (crushed)
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Honey/Sugar - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Salt - as per taste
Green Onion - for serving
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Water - as for required
