self image. The image we have of ourselves. all of us, to some extent, have self image issues, and social media’s probably amplified it to some degree. appearance, social status, talent, intelligence, wealth. we have this image of our ideal selves and we compare that to our current selves, and more often than not, we are left extremely disappointed. even more so when we see others on social media embodying the vary ideal we strive for. in this video i share my story dealing with self image issues, what i did to try and solve the problem, and what i learned. hopefully you get some insight from it as well.
