Step-by-Step Instructions:
1 - Right-click on an empty space on your Desktop and select New - Shortcut.
2 - In the location box, copy and paste the following path and click Next:

C:\Windows\System32\tsdiscon.exe (Note: If Windows is on a different drive, change the letter accordingly).

3 - Name the shortcut "Switch User" and click Finish.
4 - To Change the Icon: Right-click the shortcut, go to Properties - Change Icon. You can pick a new icon from shell32.dll or use your own image.
5 - Pin it for Speed: Right-click the finished shortcut and select Pin to Taskbar or Pin to Start for instant access.
6 - When you click this shortcut, Windows will jump straight to the login screen. Your session stays active, so you can pick up exactly where you left off later.
