The Molotov Cocktail can be found north east of Las Venturas on top of the shopping center.
The Molotov is considered the weakest of the throwable weapons in GTA San Andreas however this is not the case. Although the grenade and the satchel chargers are more effective in combat situations, the Molotov is much better at "Crowd control".
Throwing a Molotov at a group of enemies can leave them in a panic state with no hope of survival! That's why I love the Molotov. Best way to use them is to also have the grenade launcher incase you need to blow something up fast.
