Smart Energy Governance in CBD: A Visualized Management Platform Built with HT for Web

Описание: In this demo, we developed a Central Business District (CBD) Building Energy Consumption Integrated Management Platform using HT for Web’s 2D chart components and 2.5D rendering capabilities. This platform transforms complex energy data into an intuitive, immersive visual interface tailored for CBD core areas, enabling full-lifecycle monitoring of building energy use.

The platform displays key metrics at a glance: for example, a 6,753 m² building shows an annual energy intensity of 320 kWh/m²·a and a 67% energy-saving rate, with real-time daily energy intensity (0.6 kWh/m²·d) tracked via dynamic 2D dashboards. Its 2.5D visualization layer presents a scaled CBD model, merging architectural details (skyscrapers, bridges) with spatial energy monitoring—turning abstract data into a navigable digital twin of the business district.

Beyond visualization, the platform supports a four-stage energy management workflow: Morning Initialization (system startup and baseline setting), Daily Status Monitoring (real-time tracking of energy use against targets), Periodic Operation (sustained performance oversight), and Daily Summary (end-of-day data aggregation and anomaly analysis). This structured process ensures seamless, data-driven control over energy consumption, helping CBD operators identify inefficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and enhance sustainable operations.

By combining HT for Web’s flexible 2D data presentation and immersive 2.5D scene rendering, the platform bridges technical complexity and operational usability—delivering a powerful tool for modern, smart energy governance in high-density urban business hubs.
