Fireside flavors offers the well-known experience of fireside cooking to their customers. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, you will know that this method infuses the items with a unique smokey flavor and when done right tastes exceptional. This business has definitely hit the bullseye when it comes to taste, variety and that homey feeling with their food. In the process, they incorporate familiar items like maitee and carapule leaves that set the bar for an exceptional curry.

At our visit to the establishment we enquired of their offerings and they have a wide range of sides to accompany their meats of curried duck, goat and shrimp like bhagi, pumpkin, chatigne, dhal, rice, bodi, mango amchar, mother in law and regular pepper sauce. We were invited to enjoy our meal just past their kitchen to enjoy it family style and we truly felt right at home by this gesture. Everything we had brought smiles to our faces and a little nostalgia of how our grannies used to make it. We wish this family owed business the best of success and trust when we say you will return when you try it for yourself.
