This Dialogue featured Dr. Theo Dawson and Aiden Thornton and was moderated by Deborah Pascoe, a consultant and director with Cornerstone Integral.

Dr. Theo Dawson, Executive Director, CEO and founder of Lectica, is an award-winning cognitive developmental psychologist. Since 1995 her work has focused on documenting conceptual and skill development across the human lifespan. Findings from this research have informed the design of educational tools and technologies that make it possible to customize—and optimize—learning for everyone.

Aiden Thornton is a leadership scientist and leadership consultant. He recently shared his Ph.D. findings on developmental models, the complexity gap and longitudinal growth via the Lectica Institute. As a leadership consultant, he runs a boutique management consulting practice focused on integrative approaches to executive and leadership development.
