Garlic
All you need is clean and dry garlic and olive oil. Or oil of your preference.

place garlic in a chopper, food processor or safe container for dip blender.
Add olive oil, just enough to cover garlic.
Process until it turns into paste.
Store in a jar or airtight container for about 1 to 2 weeks.
For portion size, place garlic in ice cubes trays, freeze. When frozen, empty ice cubes trays and keep frozen garlic in the freezer in a ziplock bag. Use when calls for garlic in a recipe.
