-Orange stick: http://amzn.to/1U20nmV (or your choice of sharp tool)

►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use the lightest blue as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with the barrier of your choice
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye using all 4 polishes
-Using your orange stick, draw in your design
-Carefully dip in your nail(s), then clear any excess polish from the surface and slowly pull your fingers out
-Remove protection if used, and clean up around the edges with a small brush dipped in acetone
-Finish with top coat!
