Toot Toot- All aboard the Full Body Express. This quick strength workout is made up of 3 movement parings which we repeat two times each. Work with a load that is challenging without compromising your form: Our first two supersets call for light to midrange dumbbells and you have the option to go heavier for the final set. Let’s work hard, have fun and get it done!
This class is appropriate for all stages of exercise experience.
PROPS: Mat, light to mid range dumbbells. Optional: Single/Set of heavy weights.
