Original description: An almost blind run of this level from the forthcoming scenario Apotheosis X, which is likely to be released late this month. All but one level is now finished apart from final polish and game balance. I’m liable to record videos as I playtest it, though I make no promises of vidding the entire game; reportedly, some later levels are quite difficult.

The first two or three minutes are not my first run, since I took a couple tries to get past the opening segments; I was still getting used to the physics. It was my first playthrough of everything else, though. I’d watched streams of parts of this scenario, but it was the first time I’d actually played any of it in over a year, even though I’ve contributed sounds and Lua scripting to it.

Initial reaction: It’s very, very impressive. I have a few minor quibbles with it (e.g.: it’s not always clear which textures are switches/control panels/etc. and which are just decoration; the new Pfhor sounds are difficult to get used to), some of which will undoubtedly get fixed by the time of release, but overall, the design and gameplay are astonishing. I genuinely wish I’d had more time to contribute to it, but I’ve been busy enough with WMAiD, Tempus Redux, Eternal, Chronicles, Hellpak, etc.
